Application Product Specialist – Technical & Consulting Personnel

With an in-depth knowledge of the Impresa Maintenance application, successful candidates will be responsible for assessing a client’s optimum  application configuration, Based on  this configuration they will assess and deliver client’s training requirements to meet the client’s operational requirements.

They work closely with clients to identify any modifications to the Impresa application, and using the agile methodology, provide sufficient documentation to support product development.

Application specialists will also assist with project management tasks. In addition, they will provide and liaise with Product Support, Development, and QA staff to ensure the successful release of efficient and accurate functional code.
