Agoura Hills, California — September 2, 2026 — Impresa Corp today announced the successful upgrade of Impresa™ MRO for a leading aviation repair and overhaul provider specializing in engine component repair and engine and airframe accessory overhaul.
The customer has successfully transitioned to the latest release of Impresa MRO, strengthening its digital foundation for shop floor execution, work order management, labor recording, and maintenance records. The upgrade was completed without disruption to the customer’s ongoing maintenance operations, enabling the organization to continue serving its customers throughout the transition.
A key element of the implementation was Impresa’s structured upgrade methodology. A dedicated test environment was established alongside the production system, allowing the customer’s team to validate the upgraded application, workflows, and changes before they were introduced into the live shop-floor environment. Impresa personnel also provided on-site support through go-live and the initial production shifts, followed by continued remote support.
“Overall, the upgrade was a great success,” said the customer’s General Manager. “The Impresa team was extremely supportive throughout the process, and their hands-on assistance helped make the transition seamless.”
For aviation component repair organizations, maintaining complete and accurate maintenance records is critical. Every component accumulates a detailed history of inspections, findings, dispositions, repairs, approvals, and sign-offs that must remain readily accessible for operational, customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
The latest Impresa MRO release further connects maintenance execution with the associated records, enabling technicians, inspectors, planners, and management to capture and access information as work is performed. This supports greater process efficiency, improved traceability, and stronger operational visibility.
“A successful go-live is not measured by what happens on a single day—it is measured by how smoothly the operation performs in the days and weeks that follow,” said Graeme Taylor, Chief Operations Officer, Impresa Corp. “That is why our team remained on site through the initial production shifts and why we continue to provide remote support. We are proud of the outcome, but the credit belongs equally to the customer’s team, whose preparation and commitment kept the operation moving throughout the transition.”
The successful upgrade demonstrates Impresa’s commitment to providing its customers with a continuous technology path, enabling them to adopt the latest capabilities of Impresa MRO while protecting operational continuity.
Impresa continues to provide ongoing remote support to the customer following the successful upgrade.
